I would prefer if the source language pack (british english) was released at the same time as the phpBB version it is for.
Not like a day after or how long it takes.
If it takes a day or whatever to release the language pack then i would just wait with the release of phpBB so that both can be released at the same time.

Depends on your definition of a real problem.
Actually it would be even better to have phpBB and the source language pack (british english) available earlier for translators to have time to translate the new version so that the translation can be available at the time of the phpBB release.
Since the language packs have to be validated the validation approval could wait until the time of the phpBB release.

This simply doesn't apply to this en package as it is already included in the phpBB release, it also applies to the prosilver style.
