The current French language pack in is formal honorifics (usage of vous for you). Before the Customisation Database, there was a second version with casual honorifics (usage of tu for you).

I don't see this casual honorifics version here anymore. Is it gone for ever?

Yes, I'm sorry but I no longer supports this version. It was not used enough and some users were destabilized there have two French translations.

I don't like my board telling me "vous", it's my beloved friend ! Seriously, I did update the Casual Honorifics from 3.0.7PL1 to the new version 3.0.8. And I now know why it's a burden to update several language styles ...
You can find attached the zip file containing the new "fr" language folder. Just unzip and overwrite your "/languages/fr" folder.

NOTES :
- if you don't use a "vanilla" version of phpbb3, I recommend you using a merging tool (like WinMerge) to update your files.
- I didn't provide the "/styles/proSilver/imageset/fr" and "/styles/subSilver2/imageset/fr" folders, because there is no "real" modification in it. Actually there is one, the phpBB version number in each "imageset.cfg" needs to be updated. But this you can update yourselves, download Maël's package and simply upload the two files.
- I copied the "Formal Honorifics 3.0.8" file headers in the new files, so there will be less differences with the future versions, even if we loose some headers infos. Maël, you're granted for my work ^^
- I corrected some typos. BTW there are still Casual Honorifics in the Formal 3.0.8, but can't remember where, sorry !
- Don't use my file if you don't know how, it's provided as is. I did take care, but a mistake is not excluded ! I tested it on my board, it's working, but you never know ...
