And yes, I have tried to contact owner of Lithuanian language pack, but got no response.

You mean no response in 2 hours? As per viewtopic.php?p=14848806#p14848806 I will look at this in a weeks time.

I've used the 3.0 translation and mixed with the one from github too.

It's easier for anyone to translate from crowdin.
