Get the latest revision. Decompress the downloaded package. Using FTP, upload the new language files to your web host, into the phpBB root directory, overwriting old language files.
If you have changed the language files (by installing a MOD for example) you will lose any changes with this method. You must make the changes yourself to preserve your changes.
